In order to support you individually and efficiently in product development, we always proceed methodically in our design services. In this way, we ensure that we generate optimal solutions from conception, through design, to detailing. With the help of 3D designs, we develop high-quality and, in parallel, economical results. We use the 3D design programme SolidWorks, which provides the basis for solving complex technical problems. For example, we have been able to successfully design mechanical components and assemblies in the areas of conveyor technology, storage technology, feeding technology, process technology and assembly automation.

01 Conceptual Design
The concept development is carried out according to the clearly defined requirements of the customer. Here, functional structures for sub-functions or overall functions are established. To fulfil the partial functions, active principles are selected and checked for possible combinations, whereupon an evaluation takes place according to technical and economic criteria. Only then can a solution concept be defined and a release for design take place.
During the design phase, a technical solution is developed within the framework of the given requirements for the corresponding product and under consideration of relevant boundary conditions. The modelling of components and/or assemblies in 3D or 2D can then be started.
In the final and decisive step, the manufacturing documents with technical drawings, parts lists and necessary specifications are created. The documents are complete for the workshop and the assembly of subassemblies.

To accelerate your product development, we offer industrial-grade 3D printing in addition to our design services. From individual prototypes to small series production, we directly implement your CAD design. From engineering and design to rapid prototyping, we are the reliable partner at your side. In this way, we guarantee that, for example, the choice of material is tailored to your needs and that you can profit optimally from the industrial future.
By using stereolithography 3D printing (SLA) as an additive manufacturing technology, we can offer you high-quality, functional prototypes and end-use parts. The size of the print area is 145mm x 145mm x 185mm. Due to the production-quality surface finish with excellent detail reproduction and precision, SLA 3D printing is suitable for the production of highly accurate and detailed products.
Our material selection includes different resin variants such as Rigid (heat and chemical resistant as well as dimensionally stable), Tough and Durable (robust, functional and dynamic), Draft (fast and efficient prototype printing), Clear (transparent) as well as Flexible and Elastic (flexible and robust). These technical resins withstand stress and enable the high level of detail of the SLA process.

Every company has optimisation potential, which is why process optimisation is a fundamental part of our service. We have made it our task to optimise the processes of our client companies through our services and thus make them more efficient. Using LEAN management methods, we analyse your processes for improvement potential. In doing so, we develop a catalogue of measures together with you and support you in implementing the corresponding optimisation measures. The corresponding measures for optimising existing processes and procedures are aimed at increasing efficiency by avoiding disruptions. The general goals of increasing productivity, improving quality and reducing costs go hand in hand with shorter throughput times and routes, reduced resource consumption and increased utilisation. Among other things, we offer optimisations of processes in design, work preparation, manufacturing and production or in machine utilisation.

As your trusted partner, we will also be happy to carry out the pre-assembly of sub-assemblies and machines on request. Alternatively, we offer the possibility of procuring your assemblies according to your drawing specifications and delivering them in finished condition to your desired address.
